Shows stuck, recordings not populating

My biggest complaint right now is that the shows I record arent coming up in the app. Its hit or miss, but all of my kids shows pop up, anything I want to watch now doesnt. Youve created a special kind of hell for me.

Second issue: The recording I do get to watch? Well, those constantly restart or get stuck at a place in the episode and just repeat it over and over and over, never allowing me to get to the end. Im really starting to think this app is a bad joke.
