So many new updates. Still cant watch shows.

You guys have finally updated the app so that we can now watch our favorite shows outside of our homes and, on demand which we deserve, since we pay a hefty bill every month, but we cant "really" view our programs because every 5 seconds it stops and lags.
All of these updates does not matter if we cant view our cable without interruptions every few seconds.
Can you please get this corrected??
