This app is broken

Nothing on this app works right. I have deleted it and re downloaded it multiple times and spent hours on the phone with Comcast (terrible customer service) trying to fix the app. I record shows on it and they will play shakily for a minute before an error pops up and they stop working. I thought downloading the shows onto my device would fix this, but even now the shows still have trouble playing, taking long times to load.

Ive wasted so much time trying to get this app to work and it wont. Please fix it as it is a great idea and would be amazing if it worked properly.
