Unreliable

Most of the time when using this app, I receive a "playback error". There are no fixes for the problem.

Update: this app NEVER fails to skip a part of my recording. A 2 hour show will only play an hour and a half. A 60 minute show will only play 20 minutes. I cannot believe that I pay for this service. The app needs a way to refresh the recordings.
