Horrible!

Im not sure how this app works for some but for most it seems like it is not. Same problem day after day. Cant watch anything recorded to my box from phone or iPad. Have uninstalled and reinstalled time after time and same problem. You can watch 10-15 seconds and it throws it off and an error message comes up. Horrible app. Customer service is no help, they say reset the box, uninstall app and reinstall should fix it. Nope ?
