Live TV isnt.

The description at the App Store says live tv on any device on the go, 200+ channels in any cellular or wifi network in the US.
The representative I chatted with says you have to be in your home network to stream live TV. Isnt the whole point of streaming live tv to your mobile device so you dont HAVE TO BE IN YOUR HOME?!?
