Crash?

When I wanna watch the playoffs, I search the team, press games, then it just crashes. ??‍♂️

Edit: It worked later on. I just had to press "NBA Playoffs" on the main screen, press a certain game, and watch it! Thank you for the help and support, Ive been dying to watch NBA teams compete for a title!
