One second at a time!

I am out of my home connecting via Wi-Fi....

When I try to watch a past episode of a show, for example "better call Saul", after the ads which run perfectly fine, when the show begins, I get one second at a time and then the Feed stops.
And then I can hit the start and get another second; and again and again.
