Wont let me log in
As far as Im concerned this app is a lost cause. Wont even let me log in. Ive called Comcast, spoke with 3 diff techs and dealt with two more through mobile messaging. This was an all day experiment that went nowhere. No one had answers so they left it to their tier 2 techs that wont get to me for another few days. I can understand an app having glitches, but for what we pay a month for this service, I would think customer service would be better. Quality at its poorest.
