Our online access has completely disappeared!
We have had online access thru our Xfinity account for years. Suddenly, today, we cannot access a single channel. We receive a notice on a black screen that says "Subscription required::3329". We have the subscription and have logged on with the proper ID and password. We are able to see all the listings but are unable to access any! Please help!
Update...xfinity app working fine today. Yay!
