Beating my head against the wall
After they pulled the whole "your promotion has expired" trick and charged me double for my monthly payment, I was excited to hear about the "new promotion" which promised internet and streaming tv for the same price I "was" paying. But of course the customer service representatives had heavy accents and had a hard time understanding my questions about how to get this service on a Samsung tv, I just hung up and thought to myself " hey this, has to be easy like Netflix". Boy, was I wrong . I have a Samsung Smart TV and I dont think there is a xfinity stream app for that brand. You would think with the amount of money that xfinity has they could produce a better product but this is a continuation of a long history of horrible customer service with this company.
