App is good. Connection is not

I have xfinity internet with blast so speed is not an issue. I like to watch an episode before I go to sleep and this app is good for that. However, going offline daily and sometimes three times in one episode is not good. I check to make sure I am still connect and find that it isnt the issue. It is the service that is the issue. Would be nice to not have to download an episode on my phone just to be able to watch it. Have connection but the service is inconsistent.
