AirPlay off of iPhone for ALL channels not just one

I can only airplay it with the Disney junior channel. Its TVGo but so are a lot of other channels so why can I only airplay one channel and all others are just refusing to play???? I would love to be able to Airplay all the channels thanks. Cause I have an Apple TV too that I can airplay from my phone to the Apple TV but again, it only works with one channel. And Im not gonna always being watching Disney junior. Thats a little kids channel.
