So unreliable ??

I dont have a TV in my bedroom so I DVR my shows and stream them from my iMac but I cant even begin to tell you how many times I get the "This Video Cannot Be Played" screen. Omg its so frustrating!! Im home (Boston, Ma), on my wifi, and pay $224/month for Comcast which, in itself, is domestic terrorism so for this feature NOT to work, on the endless countless occasions I except it to, is unacceptable. Note: I try to watch shows a few minutes (up to 15 min) into the show that is DVRing. THIS is when it happens 90% of the time. This is not a "service" they are providing, more like a hack version of one.
