New face same problems

Xfinity TV is now XfinityStream, new face, same problems. I have had cloud playback errors since Oct 14 2016. Today July 27, 2017, still getting errors: 10100, 8001, 5001, 3350 start/stop problems still there.
Its all smoke and mirrors with Comcast. A lot of hype for a product that does not work properly. IF you dont have months of time to deal with tech support, DO NOT USE THIS APP. UPDATE: now having playback length issues. One hour shows tONLY recorded for 40 minutes.
IF ANY ONE WOULD LIKE TO START A CLASS ACTION AGAINST COMCAST, COUNT ME IN....
