Decent concept, terribly built app

While its a nice idea to be able to download shows from my DVR, the reality is that this seldom works, showing random error messages. Im also frequently unable to watch shows on my DVR because of whatever "Playback error 8001" means. Not to mention, on the rare event that I actually get something playing, it skips around in the show or cuts out halfway through and the app reboots. Someone needs to do some serious program fixes.
