Typical Comcast Sloppiness
The app skips sections of recorded material making them unwatchable. And when there was video, the sound was out of sync. Nice job Comcast! (Irony intended). Talk to customer service and the answer is "OK, well look into it." Im pretty sure the cs rep doesnt care or does not even know what Im trying to convey. As long as Comcast can collect hundreds of dollars a month from each one of us, there is really no incentive for them to get better. This app is emblematic of a behemoth that doesnt care about my viewing experience.
