Something went horribly wrong
Ive used app for a couple of years. Cant watch recordings with latest update. On an iPhone, iPad, mine or my wifes. video playback freezes, skips and stutters. On every recording! On wifi or cell service. On our network or at someone elses network. Netflix and Amazon, etc. Work just fine. Watching recordings are now unwatchable!!! Dont update.
Let me add, Ive called Comcast several times. Thats a frustrating story in itself. Open troubleshooting ticket now that they say will call me back. Im not holding my breath.
