Terrible service

This app has not worked for me now for 3 weeks. I called tech support and was on hold for 73 mins only to be told that it will be corrected by 4:00pm that day.
Well its been 3 weeks now and it still
Does not work. And oh!!! No one has offered me a refund or any credit to my bill. This is ridiculous. I have never dealt with such incompetence...
