Keeps telling me I have no internet connection when Netflix works just fine.
This app is great to watch current episodes that arent on Netflix yet. That being said, many episodes wont load? There are a few episodes of Bobs Burgers and others that say "Cant connect right now, try watching something else." These need to be fixed to get 5 stars
This app is simply amazing has everything you need and you can watch it offline.. No other company does that.
Lots of content choice. Like any streaming app, uses lots of bandwidth. Slaved to Xfinity home base, which can be unnerving for travelers. Has worked all around the US.

It has done all I want on my phone. I do need to check recorded shows, I thought I wasnt able to watch from outside my home, but maybe that had changed. It did a lot more than I expected.....
The best out there , better than other companies
So glad youve "improved" your TV Go app. Now I can watch one of three Fox Sports channels live. Thats it. Its Comcastic!!
Nothing but a disappointment. Does not carry local sports! No movies are available for download. Do not download, a total disappointment. Worst ever.
Unexpected error is happening almost every time Im using DVR or live TV play back. Very frustrating, virtually impossible to use on a consistent basis.
THIS VERSION IS JUST AS BAD AS THE LAST ONE. WHEN WATCHING DOWNLOADED VIDEO FROM YOUR DVR, WHERE IS CROP FEATURE FOR VIDEO? SO YOUR THEIR LOOKING AT A TINY LITTLE VIDEO, THAT CANT BE WIDENED EVEN IF YOU HAVE SAY, THE IPHONE 7 PLUS. FIX THIS!
Im trying to watch Scandal on my DVR but its not working saying it cant find an airing channel whatever the hell thats supposed to mean!! I want to watch Scandal please fix whatever the case may be!!!

I love this app, the only problem is that l can pickup 218 on my tv but not on the app. Fix this please.
I *think* Im supposed to be controlling my DVR from this app but it doesnt reflect all recordings. If I set a series recording then add an additional episode independently, the app asks me to confirm modifying the series recording even though I didnt. I cant see whats scheduled to record aside from the very first show I scheduled with the app. It seems very broken to me.
This app is garbage, like there customer service. For the amount of money Comcast charges you would think they could afford a better application to represent their company.
Surprisingly (or perhaps not), if you look in the apps setting it says "made in Philippines;" this may explain the junkyness of this app. Regardless, this is the worst of the worst in consumer experience in any app Ive used for streaming video. - Videos regularly freeze with audio still playing - Cant bookmark shows to watch - Locating anything is a mess - Streaming is supper slow - They clearly dont read nor pay attention to their customers reviews. - really only 3 devices allowed? Step into the 21st century and join the rest of us; most families have more than 3 mobile devices (which makes no sense since its a premium service). For large families I cant imagine how they could use this app. What a bunch of Mooks. Netflix & Amazon are very close in delivering a decent customer experience in their streaming services/apps. Starting to wonder why with all the other options out there I pay a HUGE premium to Comcast for their crappy penny pinching services. I mean, wow I pay over a hundred bucks a month and they cant compete with another company I pay ten or twenty dollars to? Wheres Comcast focus, well it sure is not customer support and satisfaction. I dont know who these folks are that give it 5 stars, but they must be newbies who just signed up or they are xfinity employees. This app is ridiculously bad (hence a negative 5 stars). No way could this app get 5 stars in comparison to other streaming apps.
Able to watch almost anything as if at home
Live TV, especially when theres a lot of traffic, will lose connection frequently
