This app has horrible streaming. Bad performance, skipping, jumping, forgetting progress. Basic stuff doesnt work well at all.

Dont wast your time downloading this terrible app. If you wanna watch your recorded shows on the app then you better forget about it. 90% of the time it wont play or it will only show that it recorded 17 mins of the 1hr show. Works fine on the regular tv. This app does work for watching live tv. Use to work just fine until the last update. Please fix ASAP.

The app is great when it works. It adds, essentially, another tv screen in our house for every device that can download this app. Its amazing to not have to have multiple televisions when an iPad screen is good enough for laying in bed. The bad thing constantly having to reach over to reopen the app because for whatever reason it closes. I cant even pinpoint the reason. At first it seemed like a memory leak where it would play for awhile and after some time just not be able to handle it anymore, but now, after only a couple minutes it will close sometimes. I dont know if that means its getting worse or if its just a new symptom. Please fix this. Its great otherwise and I would even pay more for it.

i used to enjoy this app so much because i could watch my shows where ever i was but now i cant even get to my recorded shows! there isnt even an option for me to get to them! Ive deleted and redownloaded numerous times and it still doesnt even give me the option to go to my recordings!

Recently I started getting this error despite being connected to my home wifi. Please fix ASAP.

Rarely even opens to a show.

Please fix the app today its not working at all. I tried to select from listings and as the channels will show the show is playing on those channels will not show it all to select from to watch.

Used to love this app-watched GMA each morning on my mobile phone while getting ready. Now when I bring up the Channel Listings, it tells me this channel isnt available unless Im connected to my home wifi. I AM! Tried going to settings, hard starting my phone, uninstall and reinstall app... Nothing. Frustrating!!!

I read all the bad reviews about the app but I still wanted to give it a shot. On my iPad and iPhone 6S Plus I have had 0 problems and the app hasnt crashed once! I would highly recommend this app since Xfinity got rid of the problematic bugs.

Cant believe they actually advertise this on tv like theyre proud of it. Most shows you cant watch unless youre at home on your own wifi. That would bring it down to 2 1/2 stars. But even when Im on my home xfinity wifi it doesnt recognize it. Bad.

It keeps on Chrashing on me whenever I try to watch a show. It keeps on making me start from the beginning! WROST APP!!

Pretty much Comcast quality in a nutshell
