What good is software if you cant even log into it? It takes you on an infinite loop of passwords, security questions and other junk. Dont need it, dont want it, throw the junk away.

Honestly the application works very well. No bugs, no glitches, nothing. Great visual appearance and overall very appealing. It might not work if your internet speeds arent fast (I would say 50+Mbps) or if you arent on your home network. I suggest downloading this application if you own a X1 box.
This app does NOT work. It will not add my iPad and when you contact customer service with the error number, Xfinity/Comcast staff are incompetent to their product.
Ive been using this app for about six months with no issues. Suddenly about three weeks ago it stopped working. Keeps saying I need to be on home wifi to view anything. I am on home wifi. Online chat with Comcast got it working again. Guy said he added my IP address to the account. Few days later stopped again online chat lady said "issue with update to app, were gonna fix this soon" that was two weeks ago, still waiting.
Constant loading problems. Now it tells me Im not on my home network so I cant watch love TV. Pointless.
I can never get this app to work for more than 5 minutes at a time without having to close it and open it again. Just stops working for, seemingly, no reason whatsoever. You would think with all the money I throw at you guys every month, this app could afford to be better maintained.
This app owes me stars thats how bad it is. It use to work, but after update not only did it delete my downloads but my recording tab doesnt even show up. Like I said COMPLETE BS
Please escalate to executive management. Xfinity has the worst video and lowest rated streaming app in the App Store. Terrible performance for 15 skip and rewind is what makes this the worst video player in the App Store. Second, you need to have AirPlay functionality. This should be priority if Xfinity wants to prevent people from "cutting the cord". The video player experience is terrible. Especially, when you compare it to a service like Amazon or Netflix. Both are 10x better at basic controls like 15 second skip, buffering, smooth playback, etc. This is one more reason why most people cut the cord and Xfinity will fail like blackberry or newspapers that didnt adapt. Helpful? Vote Below?
Better, but terrible performance and lag (when fast forwarding!) in comparison to Netflix or Amazon. Note: Tested on iPhone 6s with 90mb connection (according to speedtest). I know there are drm issues, but if dont bring AirPlay to this app you will encourage cord cutters to bail on Comcast. Helpful? Vote Below?
Works really well. Love the downloading of recording anywhere ability. Seems the exact opposite of what Id expect from a Comcast app (thats a good thing).
Why oh why wont you let me watch Warriors Cavs on this app on my phone? Whats the point?! :-((((((
Upgraded to latest app because it said I can now manage my devices inside app. But it now crashes when opening. Message states "Something is not right here. We are having trouble adding this device to your account. Please give us a call at 1-800-XFINITY and mention error 13001."
This app used too work good now they updated it and it doesnt.... Typical Comcast BS
Whats the point of only being able to watch live tv on my home network? Why wouldnt I just watch my tv?
Loved the app, with update the app crashes every time, fix needed
Whats the point if I can only watch it at home? Says watch live tv. But you can only watch it at home on your tv? Stupid.
Usually Comcast lets me down but I believe credit should be given when it is due and they have done a very nice job with this app! It would be nice if more channels were available to stream while away from home network but all in all this is a great app!
Whats the purpose who watch movies at home on a cellphone.
Very disappointed that I am now officially going to leave this company. Unfortunately after being with them since 1994, they have lost my respect because of such a lack of reliability and horrendous customer service support.
Still no support for AirPlay or Chromecast. If we can only stream from home open it up to be useful with hardware people own.
