3 errors are given when I try to watch network shows. Forget trying to see previous episodes. I watch at home in my office on my iPad. I should not have any problems! I have tried the live chat to fix this and I am not impressed. I cant even watch tv on the app without getting an error. Even after all these updates. I still cant watch streaming.
this thing was BARELY useable before they renamed it and now its even worse. downloads only 30% of a show consistently (which of course you dont know until youre "on the go" and cant do anything about it, which you cant anyway.) flat-out refuses to download some shows or keeps cycling through the downloading percentage until you give up. this might be the thing that finally sees me ditch comcast.
I used this app all the time, but since I upgraded it does not work. I can not get passed the first menu if I get to the first menu at all. It constantly crashes. I have not been able to watch anything at all since upgrading to this version. It is totally useless.

Logged in, on same WiFi and it wont resume playing a show I just watched on TV - even though it shows it available. Tap to play and it does nothing.
It no longer works. It works briefly if I open the app on my iPhone but then it stops. Its non responsive. Waste of time.
There are a few kinks to work out, but app has been running well on my iPad and iPhone both within wifi network and on streaming. A little bit of buffer delay. However, to see the program guides and allowing a single app to view all of your live cable subscriptions its a pretty cool app. Im not a big fan on the movies on demand page as the layout is a bit funky, but for live streaming its great. A nice add to your cable subscription. I did not have any of the issues as some other reviewers noted.
What a P.O.S. had 4 movies downloaded. Had to resign in and now it shows my device as unnamed and i cant watch previous downloads and cant delete them.THEY ARE STILL TAKING UP MEMORY ON MY IPAD. COMCRAP GET IT TOGETHER!
Recordings are awful. Trying to watch a recorded show and it keeps jumping all over the place. Timing and buffering is way off on this thing.
Not working after 9.3.2. Crashed after load.
I go back on the app to watch a movie and its not there anymore. Before it disappeared, I couldnt watch it because it was streaming on TV so it was unable to watch..? The movie disappeared when I searched for it (I was connected to a home network when I tried searching for it).
Buggy. Programs skip continually. Locks up. Getting worse with every revision.
When I went to watch a downloaded show, it stopped about 4 minutes into the show then went back about 30 seconds... This only happened to one downloaded show, and its a bug that was fixed in a prior version (that I remember seeing in the update notes...) looks like it broke again! Only gets 2 stars until fixed! Otherwise I love the X1 platform!
Every launch. Five minutes before I can use it. Not acceptable. If Comcast actually had competition, they would have an incentive to create apps that people can use. They dont.
What garbage, bug infested crap of software this is. Dont waste your time with it. Too many problems to list.
Downloaded the App to my iPhone and entered my Xfinity user name and password... repeatedly. The App could not "add" my device. Annoyed, I finally deleted the app from my phone. I dont need to watch TV that bad.

Whats the point of this when I cant stream to Chromecast
At startup, this app takes a loooooong time to show anything, and then, when it does, it is hard to use. I frequently revert back to the TV Go version, which is less bad than this app. It really needs a way to mark certain channels as favorites.
