Xfinity TV having problems

Broke Again!

SERIOUSLY! NO AIR PLAY???

One of the major uses of my iPhone is Air Play. This app and Comcasts restrictions are just ridiculous! I live on the road and I loved the idea of being able to take my shows with me, but I dont want to watch them on my phone or even an iPad... Apple needs to step in, even remove the app if Comcast is going to restrict the use of the Apple TV and part of what its made for. Im on the edge of cancelling Comcast and their expensive rates, if I cant even use the services to its fullest. He whole point was to be able to be on the road and still see MY SHOWS and not having Air Play available to see mu shows is a deal breaker. I just dont see the point...

Crashes very frequently

The first requirement of an application is to run without crashing. If that does not happen, any other functionality is irrelevant. Therefore for now, this app is useless. It crashes very frequntly.

Helpppppppppppppppppp

Ever since the March 2016 so called UPDATE I cant sign in using iPhone 6+!!!!!! Never ever ever had a problem. Ive restarted. Ive reinstalled. Always the same result at sign in.... Error 500. How can I go back to the previous update which had ZERO Problems!!!!!!!! I want my home TV back on my iPhone!

Worthless wast of Space

What good is an app if it doesnt work? I get an error message saying to call Comcast and mention error code 11700 yet no one seems to understand what that means or how to fix it. So until someone can fix this issue for me, the app is nothing more than wasted space on my devices. Dont waste the space.

Please fix

This is very disappointing. The app crashes about every 2 minutes. Took almost 2 hours to watts one hour program.

Cant Get Started

When choosing Get Started it opens Safari, but get error- cant open page. Tried everything, but get same error.

The X one TV app: The app is unusable. Now I cannot get the app to work.

All the channels that are available from the TV are not on the app. the channels used to update but now it doesnt. I wish that could be fixed period

Awful

The feature I use the most is playing the recordings. Well guess what it recordings play very badly, the picture is green and pixelated through out the recording or the recording does not play at all suggesting to try later?.. App crashes after trying to play back the recordings... Quite frankly it is just awful, they should learn from Hulu or Netflix how to make an app and treat the customers with respect they deserve!

Without AirPlay this app is worthless to me.

Everything works except for the one reason I downloaded the app... To AirPlay shows, additionally there is no Apple TV app in the making for xfinity. Was hoping to use this app as alternative to subpar X1 box

Freezes and crashes routinely

Without fail, no matter what youre watching, this app will freeze the video and crash about every 15 minutes. The restrictions on AirPlay are also absurd, we pay Comcast an arm and a leg every month and they feel the need to control what TVs we can watch on. Absurd.

What is with this App?

This App will not play a program for more than 5 minutes without freezing! Why put an app out there that doesnt work?? I am so tired of being promised something that is never delivered!

Not Tested; Less Useful than a Doorstop

For the amount of money I pay for Comcast cable and Internet services, Comcast can afford to pay developers that properly test the apps they develop. But Comcast doesnt. An iOS app that crashes immediately when the app is launched is an app that has never been tested. Period. The iOS ecosystem is controlled to a point to eliminate any other explanation. The app crashes immediately, every single time the app is opened, on iPad Pro running iOS 9.3.1. Comcast, if you care about your app (its questionable that you do), pay attention to the development of it, and hire developers that care enough about their job to do it properly.

As bad as there tv service

This app matches the quality of there tv service, which is always down tons of errors and slow speed

Cant seem to keep it running

Trying out the app and after about 10 minutes it locks up. This should be removed from the App Store.
