Please escalate to executive management. Xfinity has the worst video and lowest rated streaming app in the App Store. Terrible performance for 15 skip and rewind is what makes this the worst video player in the App Store. Second, you need to have AirPlay functionality. This should be priority if Xfinity wants to prevent people from "cutting the cord". The video player experience is terrible. Especially, when you compare it to a service like Amazon or Netflix. Both are 10x better at basic controls like 15 second skip, buffering, smooth playback, etc. This will be why most people cut the cord and Xfinity files bankruptcy like blackberry or newspapers that didnt adapt.
