Not sure why the bad reviews i just updated it and streamed 2 shows with no problem. Got 4 stars for now Ill test out for a week and see if anything changes or not

App constantly crashes - multiple errors. Ridiculous given the ~300$/mo I pay to xfinity. Will you please correct these errors/crashes?!

Apple doesnt fall far from the tree... wish I could get fios in my area

Unless you enjoy terrible streaming that doesnt work most of the time or seeing download interrupted warnings dont bother with this app.

The Weather Channel HD (channel 815 in my viewing area) is not part of the guide nor can it be searched. No way to view my favorite weather source.

With the latest upgrade. Black screen. Cant change channels, etc. Why cant you have a decent app.

That being said, Takes up way too much space. System settings says the app is 2.2 gigs. I have no movies or anything downloaded so whats taking up all that space. Lots of bugs to kill!!

Wish I could write a review. Downloaded Xfinity for iPad and cant get past "Get Started". When I select that, the screen goes black and thats it....nothing.

So it makes me mad becuase when ever you go on to there website and try fixing your box it take you to a different website telling you you should download the app and it is the most annoying thing in the world

Love, love, love this app. Only thing I would recommend is adding chromecast.

When I updated the app it worked great for a little while but now it will not load and after a while the app crashes and then my iPad crashes. My iPad freezes and I have struggle to get it to shut down so I can restart. Now this app is useless. I have not been able to load it for over a week. Come on! Fix the problem! It started working well three weeks ago and then an update to fix the problem came and back to not working.

Why was amc switched to only home. Horrible

Ive had issues with this app before. First people it has to be available in your area. 2nd you need to have X1 boxes. Then you have to call X1 division and get it turned on then log in and go for it. I watch everything on my ever at work. Was just watching judge Judy on train. I dont know why people have so much trouble with this app its the best thing since apple pie. If you cant get it to work open a case with comcast. They will fix it. Its the best app ever made!!! Comcast rules.

I think it works great. Its where I catch up on Chicago PD, Fire, Med and Justice. Honestly recommend to people

If I could give this app zero stars I would. One of the purposes of this app is so that you can download your recorded shows and watch them offline. That works about 10% of the time. Often you try to download one and you get an error message saying cant download now, try later. Or it stars to download and gets to a certain percentage and then it starts to download at 0% and it does this over and over again. Or it downloads what looks like the complete recording yet its only 45 mins of a one hour show. Even though you recorded the entire thing. Better yet it downloads 1 minute 12 seconds. One of the other your SUPPOSED to be able to do is watch most of your recorded shows from another device even with out downloading them. I am in my home with xfinity wifi and I try to watch a recorded show that is recorded for the full hour and it starts a 1/2 hour in. Even though youve never started it or you say start over. XFINITY posted an update just the other day. With some unprofessional description such as to "fix an embarrassing visual bug" and then put some silly unprofessional smiley face at the end. How bout fixing the bugs that really matter. Who cares that you updated the name of your app. FIX THE DOWNLOAD ISSUES!! Stop advertising this great app, charge us a TON of money and provide the single most crappiest customer service on the face of the planet. I hear utube is coming out with a tv type service.l hear theres lots of other things out there. Perhaps I need to dig deeper into that.

Ever since I updated my app keeps giving me a error code. Before the update I would give it 5 star rating but now you guys need to fix the bug please.

It lets me watch shows whenever I want, I dont have to pay for the show! I very much recommend this app for people at least 8 and up.

This app is very slow to responded to any input. The I-watch features dont work at all and it eats up your battery.
