I loved the app before the update. No I cant download anything to my phone more watch my recorded recordings.

I really like this app! I love how you can download shows and watch on the go! Its amazing because now, I can watch TV live, on demand, and on the go! My only request would be: Apple TV. I really wanted to download this app on the Apple TV but was disappointed when I found out it wasnt available. I would really like to see it on the Apple TV if possible!

After updating to Xfinity Stream the app has gone to crap. I try to download my recorded shows and it only downloads the end of the show usually just the last 20 minutes or so. Thats if it downloads at all, sometimes it gets stuck in a loop. Downloads to 100% then starts all over or it will just tell me unfortunately theres a problem and wont downloads at all. Better take this app back to R&D for serious repair!

Unfortunately the latest update causes perpetual buffering pauses and lockups on my iPad. Its not a wifi issue on my end because HBO Go app works flawlessly. Comcast programmers need to test their software more completely before releasing patches that break the app.

After this "NEW" update Im still having issues. What are you guys doing??? Why did you get rid of something that was not broke and worked great. Still cant bookmark shows. This is the worst. This USED to be my favorite app. Not anymore.

The app doesnt work well at all. Your programs give you errors when trying to play them or they start in the middle. Its very frustrating! Comcast needs to fix this

Lol! You can sure tell that Comcast pays ppl to write reviews. The real ppl, like myself, are absolutely not surprised that Comcast has yet missed the mark again with another useless bullish&t app. I have not been able to "stream" anything. Its constantly blipping on and off no matter how many times I delete and reload. Sure sure you have the option to download...still have to have an internet connection to do that too!! The whole purpose to downloading a program is so you do NOT have to have internet connection . I pay 200/mo for what exactly?? Your internet is ok. The cost of tv programs is bullsh&t and your on demand and streaming blows too. Comcast is Disney owned...really?? Is Disney that broke that it cant put out adequate products you have to pay an arm and a leg to have. Run away ppl!! Just run away!!

Since the last update I cant download any shows from my recordings to my phone. Used to work great. Now nothing!!! BETTER FIX THIS SOON!!

Why oh why. I just want to download shows to my iPad. Is that too much to ask? #fail

New stream app is useless. Can no longer watch anything from my iPad. Seriously thinking on ditching xfinity.

This app has an array of shows and movies that I love , but the only problem is I cant always watch my shows on the go , like you guaranteed . When Im outside of my home , the app says that they cant play my selections due to low wifi connection , even when I attempt to download them . If it wasnt for that , this app would be five stars in my book .

Good app. Works well. My only complaint is you cant cast it.

Keep getting "could not create download" errors on some programs. I get it on both my iPhone and iPad. It makes no sense. Why can you guys create a stable running program? People pay money for this service. I expect it to work or you refund me some $$!!

Cant watch most of the stations. As usual hey pick the channels available to stream out of home... whats the point if I have a home in Ohio and also in Georgia. So I can fly home to Georgia to watch what I cant watch in Ohio. Idiots. Youre about to be canceled. Ill keep my money. Bye.... ?

App is horrible for downloading shows from your X1 device. Shows never download correctly often times only downloading 5-15 minutes of an hour show After it does that you cant even watch show on app without downloading it.

This app sometimes works and other times is very frustrating. Since the latest update, there are several things that no longer work. Under "Recent Channels" there are no longer titles of what is playing. Therefore you have to open that channel to see if its something youd like to watch. Thats pretty frustrating because it wastes a lot of time and data. Also, you used to be able to tap on a "recent channel" and it would play. However after the recent update, this no longer works. Only the very last channel played responds. You have to enter other channels into the search area now to select another channel. These two issues are within one portion of the app and have caused a great deal of frustration and wasted time. Im sure there are other issues but these two are primarily the ones that are of concern to me. I wonder why the update took steps backwards rather than making improvements.
