Xfinity Stream App Reviews

Worked fine until this latest update. It isnt showing the program line-up on a lot of channels. Crashes when you tap some channels.

Before the "Stream" update this app worked perfectly! Now any time I try to stream live or previously aired tv, it freezes, lags, buffers,etc. also the live TV guide doesnt show all listings either, just blank spaces for 30 minute to 90 minutes times.

Kept trying to restart the app and used wifi in several places and it does NOT load at all. I cant even give this app a more detailed review because it wont even load up it just stays frozen on the startup. Useless youd expect more from a company that holds themselves in such high regards for their service. Absolute garbage anyone saying theyre not paid to leave good reviews is a dirty rotten liar

Most of channel listing shows wont show up on youre app. For example channel 131 also known as OWN show If Loving You Is Wrong wont come up on the apps listings.

I have tried using this app several times. Each time the app freezes, or more often, while watching a show, it will restart from the beginning, play for a few seconds, then restart again. I have not been able to watch an entire show without issues yet. I know it isnt my device, as I can go directly to the network app (like NBC, CBS, etc) and watch the episodes with no problems. This app needs major work.

Actually 2 1/2 ⭐️s : I really like this app but needs work. It needs a link to bookmark or favorite movies or tv shows. Also, the fact that NONE of the programming available is categorized in any way, shape or form. Needs to be organized by what channel theyre on or genre, besides the listings. You guys might also add the dates they EXPIRE…you know the date theyre no longer available on the app, the same as you list on demand. VERY UNORGANIZED & SLOPPY.

Does not work. Shows never show up that are recently recorded. Downloads barely work or often receive error messages. Ridiculous and I am paying for Comcast!

Should be able to watch this on my Tv or anyones Tv! Comcast the Monopoly holding back Tv for their own financial gain! In the app it will not go full screen and picture quality is average! Still a long way to go!

Love this App

For the record, I have not been paid by anyone to write this review as another reviewer had suggested. Having said that, the app is fantastic and consistently works for me on multiple devices, providing exactly what the company says the app will provide. Read the description so you can get an idea of what content will be available where, and be sure you have a reliable and fast Internet connection, and you will not have any problems. I dont understand all the negative reviews, as I have not had any issues. I love this app and highly recommend it.

After last update the Application stop working properly. Most of the time would not download the show and in rare occasions when it does, it would download the end of the show or if you lucky half of the show.

Thank god the other channels have their own apps b/c since they changed from TV Go to this POS, more than half my shows either have a playback issue, doesnt record the full show or doesnt record at all even with a season pass. This is ridiculous, paying way too much for a half assed app.

Recordings sometimes shorten. On the app. Length of recordings are different in the app than on TV. More issues that I can count.

App use to work. Since the last update, this app is now just a hollow shell of what it used to be. ????? instead of five stars, yes youre five angry emoji faces.

Trying to view anything recorded is impossible. You can only access a couple of Minutes of the show even though the entire thing is recorded. This app needs a lot of work

Lets see if this review takes. Xfinity changed the app and removed the favorites feature. I use the app frequently and do not know all of my shows but now I have to recall everything from memory. Yay, xfinity for forking up the app.

This app has worked for me without any incidence. I use it on my iPhone 6 Plus.....and plug in earphones. I turn the TV sets over to other members of the family. Works great for me.

Whats the point of having tv on the go when most of the channels offered are the dumb music choice channels. Other than that, its fox sports and the jewelry channel. What a useless waste of time. I expected more from xfinity.

Worst app on the market .... License issue (3338) please fix this
