This app hooked me on Comcast again

Every time you ppl updates things get worse instead of better whats with you? Notice the developers only answer when there is praise for them. This is the worse app ever.

This app is my home away from home .. able to catch up on all my shows while at work or out an about, never glitches , never freezes!!! Thank you to whoever invented the app!!!

Please update app for casting to big screen

Ive had this app for a while now and theres a bug or glitch when I play my recordings. Please fix this!!! It will skip a scene and you miss a LOT of the recording. Its the app for sure because I replayed my DVD recording at home and nothing was wrong. Please fix this asap!!

It keeps replaying the same part over and over, skips whole pieces of the show, and playing the wrong audio. We pay a lot for this service, fix it!!

Literally the ONLY reason I have comcast is for this app, Which I used to be very happy with. Recently EVERY show I record it skips 15-30 seconds ahead throughout the entire program. Picture stops, sound keeps going or vice versa. Shows that should be 60 mins are cut to 45. An absolute waste of $200/month when there are many other cable services that have the same apps out now. You just released an update yet didnt fix any of the actual glitches. Cant wait to cancel!!!!!

Like others, the ability to watch subscribed programs away from home is important to me. Alas, an ever expanding list of programs are home view only, rendering this app pretty much irrelevant. At home? Watch on a big screen. Away from home? Sorry, in home viewing only. So, the purpose of this app is...uh...what?

I switched from DirecTV because I wanted better Internet than what I was receiving from Verizon. Xfinity has some nice features and with their promotion I am paying over $30 a month more than what I paid with no promotions left on DirecTV. So I was expecting better service all the way around. I am not sure the extra cost is worth it. I tape shows and then try to download them on the app. Many many times I receive a message that the download was interrupted so I cannot download it. Also, if you download then you have to remember to return it if you will watch it on tv. Plus you can only download 10 shows. I like to download all and then pick what I want to watch. Cant wait for my 2 year contract to be over so I can switch back to DirecTV. Internet wasnt as different as I was expecting so not sure the switch was worthwhile...

This app is so bad. It doesnt automatically play next video. And why cant I set which shows should show up in my homepage? I DO NOT WANT TO SEE FOX JUNK!

Some of the episodes are played twice

Im unable to watch football channels, they should only advertise on demand rather than put live tv and not be able to watch on the go, this is a bummer for me because while Im waiting for services at my home Im unable to watch on streaming app and agents do not know how to help with trouble shooting, this app is very dis organized

Two channels for live TV, virtually no library of programs and nothing but drivel on demand. Netflix in 1982 had more to watch than Xfinity. Starting to think I should have kept Directv.

After updating my live streaming only shows CMT. I dont even get CMT on my X1 subscription. The app works fine on my iPhone, but not iPad.

The screen is frozen all the time and I cannot use it any more. What happened????

I never miss any of my favorite shows no matter where I am as long as theres Wifi. This is one of the best Apps ever! Thanks Xfinity! :)

I can have all my stuff from my TV and every movie I bought or rented at home and the stuff that is actually on TV everyone should have this app

Anytime I chose to use this app on either my iPad Air or iPhone, it works quite well. Once in a while the picture will freeze. But I hit pause, then play, and it plays properly again. Also, right now, my remote for my tvs batteries are dead. So, I cant change the channel on my tv. Therefore Im using my iPad for tv, until I get to the store to buy batteries. Love ❤️ the app?

Since the last update, all streaming gets interrupted by a pause. I watch a while, it pauses...maybe 10 seconds, maybe 30 or 60 seconds...and I miss live stream of my program, or I am way behind on taped things. It is not my device as I have tested the speed and it is more than adequate. Makes watching a very unpleasant experience, very annoying. Needs to be fixed. Guess I will switch to some other app until they put out an update that corrects the problem.
