Whats the point?

Couldnt be at home to watch the game. So I downloaded this and logged in. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that I cant watch it away from my home Wifi. SERIOUSLY? If I was at home I would watch the game on my TV not my phone. Useless app. I remember when I had Directv. Their app could let me watch shows live on the go. Why cant you do this? Might as well not even made this app, if you cant watch Live shows away from home.

Frustrated

What happened to the OnDemand feature once the update was installed? Cant find it anymore. Ugh for nearly $230 a month ... I better receive a call from Xfinity for tech support. Ridiculous

What happened?

This app use to work great. Now I cant even watch a show. Either there is no sound or it wont play. Awful. Please fix it! We pay too much for our service not to have it work.

Skips back to beginning on every show

Xfinity, you need to fix this. Every show I try to watch from the app starts for about a minute and keeps skipping back to the beginning. It is beyond frustrating. You need to come out with a fix asap. Otherwise, the app is utterly useless. Thank you for the response. I live in the US and it only happens while trying to watch recordings. (That is mostly what I use the app for)

Unreliable!!!

The dvr recordings skip large portions of recorded material during playback. Thats only if you can actually get it to play because of sllllllow lagging! Very, very frustrating

Useless if you dont have their wifi

This app used to be okay but whats the sense of paying over 100 bucks for something you cant use? Like I dont have xfinity wifi and I cant watch anything but local programming... Another company that takes money first instead of all these reviews

Bugs

I been having problems I am trying to watch my show that I recorded but after 5 minutes into the show it either pauses or gets back to the beginning I hope you fix this bug. I never had issues with it until this morning.

App doesnt really work

I have iPhone 6. When I try to use the App it wants me to turn on Cellular data. But it is on so I turn it off and on again as instructed. Still doesnt work. Even when I am using Wifi it tell me I need to turn on Cellular.

Seriously no casting?

This is why Im switching tv companies. At least RCN doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for crap service

Needs work!

This update needs work! Whenever I try to watch recorded shows every few seconds the program freezes. After a minute or so it will start again, only to freeze again after a few seconds. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad. I never had this problem before this update.

Something went horribly wrong

Ive used app for a couple of years. Cant watch recordings with latest update. On an iPhone, iPad, mine or my wifes. video playback freezes, skips and stutters. On every recording! On wifi or cell service. On our network or at someone elses network. Netflix and Amazon, etc. Work just fine. Watching recordings are now unwatchable!!! Dont update. Let me add, Ive called Comcast several times. Thats a frustrating story in itself. Open troubleshooting ticket now that they say will call me back. Im not holding my breath.

Terrible service

This app has not worked for me now for 3 weeks. I called tech support and was on hold for 73 mins only to be told that it will be corrected by 4:00pm that day. Well its been 3 weeks now and it still Does not work. And oh!!! No one has offered me a refund or any credit to my bill. This is ridiculous. I have never dealt with such incompetence...

When u need to watch alone, quietly.

Dont turn on the TV. The grandchildren are sleeping. Grand Pere must go to the ear buds and the IPhone to watch in glorious solitude. With Xfinity Stream I dont miss a beat. Get it if u have a beach house with lots of light sleeping guests. Watch regardless.

Buggy

This app used to work fine but in the past few weeks any recorded shows play back with huge gaps because the video jumps ahead, sometimes the video stops playing but audio continues, or the video just freezes completely. Its gotten to the point where I almost cant even watch recorded shows on my iPad. Comcast, please put out an update to fix this issue and/or let us know what we can do to fix this. Im on iOS 10.3.3 and update apps regularly.

Frustrating

In the middle of my show it will automatically restart... So I cant finish it. Pretty annoyed.

I CHUCKED MY PHONE ACROSS THE ROOM

I chucked my $700 phone across my room and was so frustrated I was almost in tears because your stupid update. FIX IT!!! It keeps skipping back to the same spot for recorded shows and no matter how much I try to fix the problem I keep hearing the same scene in the same spot over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. I just want to watch my shows! Whoever made this app is less intelligent than a monkey with no brain! honestly I pay so much money for your service and your horrible customer service, unresponsive new tv system/remote. All of that in addition to your lack of effort to make this app even half decent, shows you do not care about me or my money because Im about to walk away from your garbage services. This app is the worst of the worst though. I want my tv on the go not added stress!

Ive never had a problem with this app. And I recommend everyone that has Xfinity/Comcast as their cable provider to download this app.

Horrible

This is the WORST update in an app that I have ever seen. You have ruined the entire way to be able to know what the heck is on TV. You need to go back to the way it was before this update. PLEASE!!!!!!
