I love this there is just no words to describe how I love xfinity tv ThankYou xfinity for this

When I resume the app it keeps getting stuck at a certain point. It plays forward for a little bit and then decides to restart over at wherever it began when I loaded the app. Its so annoying. Even fast forwarding doesnt work. It replays from that same spot over and over. Fix your buffering guys.

The idea of this app is great, but every time I try to watch a program, it stops and says theres a playback issue. The whole point of the app is watching shows, but they dont play.

Streaming ability is awful. On a 30 minute bus ride I get constant buffering. And before you say it, its not the phone or network - PlayStation Vue worked way better and even that wasnt particularly good.

This app is not like those other apps. I find all my tv shows and its free. You also dont have to leave your room if you want to be lazy. Highly recommend

If you already pay for a box in your front room, you should be able to chromecast to a tv in another room. If you can watch it on a MacBook or phone, why not another tv? The technology is there. Comcasts greed is too, though. Also, you can only use when on home wifi - making it a redundant service. Completely useless.

When watching live TV it tells me that I am not on my own WiFi but I am, I try uninstalling and then reinstalling but it still happening, you need to fix this issue we need more stability in this app

I used to be able to look at shows on demand but that option has disappeared? What happened?

Update:STILL having issues. Freezes almost immediately upon opening the app rendering it completely useless. I have zero issues with any other app (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Video) at all. Its really become a joke. Constantly glitchy, unreliable, lags horribly and I know its not my connection. Pretty disappointed that a company that charges so much cant get this app right.

Playback of recorded material is unwatchable. Half of an hour long show will be cut out in random places. Terrible update.

Use it everyday at work. Because of my location at work freeze sometimes but it still works good!!!

Currently, it wont let me watch any of my recorded programs. Three different episodes, on three different networks, each one hour long. They all someone how shrink to 30 some odd minutes and there is no volume!!!!

This app is beyond bad. I have never reviewed an app before because I really dont care that much, but this one is so beyond frustrating I had to. CONSTANTLY kicking me off wi-fi (None of my other streaming apps do this - i.e. Netfix or Hulu), can only watch 5 minutes of a show only to be kicked off wi-if. Reconnect and try and play the show just to get some ambiguous error message. I do this dog and pony show until I have to shut my iPad down and then MAYBE just MAYBE, I can watch for 15 minutes before it starts happening again. The only reason for the review is that hopefully a developer will see this and do something about it.

Cant play anything on the app, since last update.

I was excited to know that when I travel I can watch my DVR shows well as you would have it another disappointing promise by Xfinity not everything is displayed on the go app and in between the freezing up, skips ahead, the voice recording is either behind or fast forwarding through the whole program or cuts off doesnt record all of the program or youll get to where oh yay and it recorded and its working just so it cuts off and reloads in the middle of it!!!!? I have an iPhone just for those of you who are wondering. Why cant you just get it to play our DVR recordings properly and consistently why is it so freaking hard just to work uphold your promises???? Do not tell me I need to go to a special for him our chat room to communicate with you just update and fix the glitches. I am sick of paying high price for your freaking service and your Internet service that doesnt work half the time. Update: August 9th Cant watch the Texan Game!??play back error. Not surprising well guess Im switching to sling TV it seems to work with no issues.

Maybe you should have gotten some input from users before this change. The "Movies" section under Live TV in the previous version was how I used the app 90% of the time, its -why- I used the app, like a lot of other reviews youre seeing, you killed the best feature and did it with a forced update. This is a terrible customer experience, do better.

Horrible app!!!!!!

I absolutely love being able to access my Xfinity DVR and all of my recordings from my iPad and iPhone. As an extra bonus, the system even allows recorded programs to be downloaded to my devices for offline viewing. That is terrific!!!
