Watch TV anywhere

I would be lost without xfinity and my iPad. Its great for watching while working around the house and getting ready for work in the morning.

Its useless now

The movie browsing feature has been removed so the overview wha Movie is playing when in a nice one screen format disappeared Worst update ever.

Nothing But Blank Screen

Watching tv on this app all night, then all of a sudden...nothing...nada...blank screen. Add to this that when the app is working, my download speed drops to single digits in the evenings and its kind of a waste. Funny, I never have these problems with Netflix, Amazon, or BritBox. Makes me wonder why I pay such exorbitant fees for the privilege of such crappy service! And unlike my family in Florida, who get UNLIMITED internet with BrightHouse/Spectrum, I am penalized for using a better, more reliable streaming service!

Broken app

Used to be able to watch local tv on home network now says I need subscription. Worst update ever

What Happened

This app used to be really good but recently (last month or so), it has been really bad. There are constantly playback issues (the most recent one I got said playback issue 8001) and it will freeze in the middle of a show. I hope the next update can fix these issues.

Keeps getting worse...

Every update I hope for better speed and a better app. I never get it. Same old problems- freeze ups and voice and video dont synchronize. Get it together xfinity!!! We pay too much for this poor performance!!!!!

Sensational just like watching it at home!

Cant stream to Apple TV

App is fine however you cant stream to Apple TV in my own home where I already pay to have all the content. Stop being greedy. Sony was greedy and locked out MP3 in the early digital revolution. It didnt turn out well for them.

Typical Comcast Sloppiness

The app skips sections of recorded material making them unwatchable. And when there was video, the sound was out of sync. Nice job Comcast! (Irony intended). Talk to customer service and the answer is "OK, well look into it." Im pretty sure the cs rep doesnt care or does not even know what Im trying to convey. As long as Comcast can collect hundreds of dollars a month from each one of us, there is really no incentive for them to get better. This app is emblematic of a behemoth that doesnt care about my viewing experience.

Very Slow

Very slow and picture keeps freezing. Hopefully they will update it and it gets better.

Wifi recognition

The app doesnt recognize my home wifi and wont let me watch shows that require it. It worked fine before the update.

Great most of the time but lately a little quirky.

Great !!!!

I travel a lot and as long as I have wifi , it seems no matter how far I travel I can still connect to most of my shows . Even out of state which I find amazing. Other cable companies dont seem to have that ability !

Happy customer

I really enjoy this app. Havent had any problems. I do wish I could access all of the shows saved on my DVR. But still very pleased.

Not bad but still has bugs

Overall I think this is a good app but Comcast Xfinity still does not have programming tagged correctly so categories are wrong or incomplete. A good example is when you search for sports on now or during a specific time period it will not show on the menu. But if you go to the channel there it is.

This is terrible. You took something that was fantastic and made it terrible. Being back the other where tou can find things. This is on demand stuff.. Nothing new...dont get this ap

Constantly refreshing and crashing. The worst.

Update is beyond horrible

Dont get this app. Very glitchy. Wish I could give 0 stars. Tried to watch an episode of Colbert I recorded. The sound didnt work at all. It gave me to option of putting it in Spanish, which I did and the sound turned on (in English). Then after the commercials ended, the sound jumped forward about 2 minutes so that the video was way behind the audio. Fast forwarding only worked for the video; the audio always began playing at the point it jumped to. It was unwatchable. I tried downloading it and this did nothing to fix the problem. Now I want to delete it but theres no option to, it just says its gonna be on my phone for an entire month. A broken, unwatchable video (which I would want downloaded for a day max) is taking up space on my phone for a month.
