Whats not to love..I have never had a problem with this app..I watch my shows on my time..whats not to love...
This app freezes up, will repeat advertisements 5 times in a row back to back. Fix this App!

This app constantly cuts out on me because I am not on my home network when I AM on my home network. It cant tell the difference. Tired of missing crucial plays in sports, punchlines in comedy shows, plot points in dramas. Fix it or delete it from the app store. Id give it zero stars if I could. And while Im on a rant, whats with app store review process deleting what Ive written in my review when the nickname I tried to use is already taken? How "usable" is that, Apple?
This app doesnt work, I tried to watch one movie this morning and it would start-stop and then start again only to have an error message of 010000 or so come up saying that this movie will not work and select another. When I selected another, same thing. Xfinity Stream app works sometimes and then it doesnt
NO AirPlay and NO Apple TV - Why does Xfinity prevent use of this wide spread mobile device functionality? I thought that this app is intended to give us "more to stream on any screen" - clearly thats not the case. Why discriminate against Apple mobile devices? This is a severe app limitation imposed on Xfinity customers that choose Apple product platforms.
Oh how I would love for this app to actually work. Id be able to watch my recorded shows from anywhere…but unfortunately this app does not allow me to do that. I constantly receive a playback error message (8001) and a lot of times the shows that I can watch on my devices are only like 10 minutes long, but when I go to view them at home I have the full episode. Also, sometimes my recorded shows dont even show up on the app. I wish Comcast could get this fixed because this has the potential to be a really helpful app.
This app was working fine until its recent update, when they removed some useful functions like jogging back 15 seconds.
I used to be able to see what programs I recorded and to set new recordings with this app, but since the recent update, the app always hangs so is absolutely useless. SAD!
Just one time I would like to open this app and actually watch something, rather than watching it load. It doesnt matter which version, it has never worked. Its frustrating to go from apps like Amazon and Instant Video, which have zero streaming problems, to this app. Its not even worth having anymore.
Comcast managed to make their prior spotty app look good- the stream app just loaded programs from November- not that you can watch them, they are just in an unwatchable list. None of my current recordings on X1 are actually showing. Any positive review is from a paid offshore source.
Im very disappointed that all my recordings didnt download & Im only at 36% usage❗️??? WHY⁉️
This app is so helpful
The main reason I got this app is so I can download whatever I wanted to take on the go and not use cell data. So it saddens me the function I wanted the most only has like a 5% success rate. Hell when u do DL what u want it stutters and put certain parts of the DL on a endless loop. So u have to skip scenes anytime that happens. It makes u miss huge parts of your DL. The only reason I did not give this app a 1 star rating is because streaming does work decent.
