App has a good interface but only works maybe half the time. I am always getting error messages whenever I want to watch something. Thumbs down.

This may be the worst app on the market. I only gave it one star because I couldnt put a negative star rating. They say they fixed the issues on the app.....LIE!!!!!! Shows do not download. Shows stop half way thru when watching. Like others have stated shows do not download completely. Shows start playing half way thru. And worse the error messages continue to pop up. Have been dealing with this for way to long. And please dont let me get started on customer service. Lets just say the worst and most non helpful people you can find. Dont resolve your issues or even return phone calls. Save your time and bypass this app. While your at it bypass Comcast completely.
works good now exept the listing titles do not match with whats acually playing most of the time for the live streaming of channels
Live this app only problem I have is a few intermittent glitches.
this app is super glitchy and usually ends up in a loop mid- episode. It also restarts by itself etc. horrible app.
Im getting freezes and retries over and over on Recorded videos, whether they are downloaded or streaming. Please fix this!
The xfinity to go works better!!
After this March update, my app will not work on my iPhone (havent tried on other devices). When I open the app, tv icons load and the app freezes. Ive closed app and restarted phone. The app doesnt work! The previous app was great. Loved recording and watching shows on the go. Hopefully, they get this fixed.
A giant pile of bugs.
I enjoy this app on my IPad and IPhone because it permits me to add shows as I become aware of them. Also, it makes a great intuitive log of entertainment.
Comcast has been trying to create an app that will allow you to stream their services for every device for a long time. Ive been a user of this app for a long time and since the beginning they have struggled to make an app that lets you watch their services without crashing, restarting, or simply not playing. Most of the time I have to go to the networks app to watch to shows that Im trying to watch which defeats the purpose of this app. I agree with ever negative post in here.
Constant errors when trying to load shows. When show finally does load it, starts in middle of show with no way to go back to beginning. What a waste. ???
The app tells me I am connected to wifi, to HOME-1974. Then it says I cant watch any shows I pick, because Im not connected to my home wifi. Unbelievable. Used to work fine, stopped working recently, no idea why.
Would be so much better with chromecast support.
More often than not am I unable to watch my recordings. It will say there is an error and to try again later. OR it will show 8-15 minutes only of a recording that starts at a random time, not even the beginning.
As others have already said, what is the point of this app if you cant watch your cable...your $$$$$ cable...other than your home network. What a joke. What greed. And it doesnt even load half the time.
This app is awful. The streaming is super slow causing excessive buffering. I tried watching a movie that was 2 hours. When it started playing the buffer bar said it was 30 minutes. The movie would play then skip way ahead. Dont know why Netflix can stream movies without issue but this app cant. Then again, its Comcast...
Since the last update this doesnt work. When I try to touch the option to Watch for a show currently on, it doesnt recognize and will not play.
There are some limitations but it works well for me. Im able to use my iPad as a small TV in my home office. Im looking forward to having access to my recorded shows once that service becomes available in my area.
I have x-1 boxes in one home and not in the other, but so far, this app has worked beautifully both places. Youre definitely making a binge watcher out of me! Automatically bringing up the next episode is something I would like, too.
