I really enjoy using this app!!! Love the TV on the go feature. Also i like the fact that you can record anything right from the app and then watch it later!!
The app was working well until the last update. I cant log into the app. It says something has gone wrong. Yet, my user name and password is correct.
Am I supposed to be able to control the tv from the watch and how? I checked the living room and then nothing happens
Im using it now as i write this. Work great.
Takes more time to open and thats if it even opens at all I dont understand why it keeps getting slower.
This is great once your in. You click on the app and it says it needs to download when it is already downloaded.
Worst of the worst for streaming. Videos regularly freeze with audio still playing, streaming is supppper sloooow to start, and obviously they dont read nor pay attention to their customers reviews. Netflix is by far superior and Amazon is very close if not tied to Netflix. Starting to wonder why with all the other options out there I pay a HUGE premium to Comcast for their crappy penny pinching services. I mean, wow I pay over a hundred bucks a month and they cant compete with another company I pay ten or twenty dollars to? Wheres Comcast focus, well it sure as sheeters is not customer support and satisfaction. I dont know who these folks are that give it 5 stars, but they must be newbies who just signed up or their xfinity employees. Its ridiculously bad. No way could this app get 5 stars in comparison to other streaming apps.

I do not understand how a company - Comcast - can have such a monopoly, so much money, supposedly be "high-tech" and still have such poor service, quality and performance. This thing hangs up all the time, or gives an error message saying programming (network programming, not paid programming) is not available to view and you have to start over to get rid of that glitch.... Fortunately, more options (other than Comcast) are becoming available these days. Ill be deleting this and, as many are doing, moving to another service, hopefully to eternally remove Comcast from our lives.
App doesnt work. Keeps saying cannot locate internet access, which is incorrect. When you try to go to app support, it says the server cannot be located. I would expect things that are paid an outrageous amount for to work, but thats xfinity for you. Constant glitches with the app and the dvr box.
I like this app a lot just wish that a lot of these didnt need to be viewed at home
To play ANY CONTENT after launching the app. And this is normal. On a 150Mbps wifi connection and a fast iPhone. Also, for replaying shows, I cant fast forward. Only rewind. If Comcast had any competition, this app would be stellar. They have no competition. The app stinks.
Will it work when you open it? Who knows. Thats been my experience anyhow.
The app always has something wrong with it on iPad, whether its pausing and loading during golf or not loading channel guide properly to not even allowing me to "get started" on the main page.
It never loads and there is always issues with this app when trying to watch anything. I dont have this issue with FIOS. Comcast really needs to fix app so that customers can watch and stream tv.
It freezes, it kicks me out, and sometimes it wont load. This is after their "bug fix". I am sick of paying high prices for substandard garbage! Netflix is only $7.99 and it works great. I have both and usually end up on Netflix because Xfinity doesnt work.
Ive been using this app a few months now. It loads quickly, is user friendly and has great features.
Used to love this app on my old phone then i got my new phone and downloaded it and get some :3003 error when i try to get into the app.. so annoyed
You cant watch all your channels on the go. Only on home wifi? Like if Im at home, Id turn on my tv! WOW
