Great app!

Extremely frustrating that it closes multiple times for no apparent reason. Other times it works fine without issue.

Half the time black bars appear on both the top and bottom and it becomes literally half the screen. Poorly developed app.

Works well when I want to stream as long as I have a wifi connection. When I want to download it doesnt always work. It also takes a lot longer than a Netflix download due to the amount of space it uses. I would think that xfinity would find out how to compress files by now. Just ask Netflix how they do it. Lol!

I was trying To watch a show and there was 15 playback errors in a row.

I can watch/delete my shows so Im not bored out of town

Still not sure why all of my recordings dont show up on smart phone app. Other than that its good.

New update. Still a privacy failure. Despite their claim in the update description, they have not heard anything at all! Use different login for kids but recent shows still show up under all the accounts. Either comcast doesnt care or they dont know how to code. Neither speaks well of the coders they have working on this app. If comcast put half the effort into the app as they do into constant rebranding of the app it would be a much better product! Made with love in Philadelphia? Doubt it. Rushed out to try rubbish to inflict on customers is more like it.

This is the poorest app Ive used to watch movies and tv shows on. It freezes a lot. The connection is slow. Its always blurry. The movies stay the same for about a month.

App needs to support AirPlay & Chromecast for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I should not have to be connected to wifi or my home wifi just to use this app. Thats so ridiculous. Whats the point in paying all that money when i cant get the full use of what is available??? Also here lately i havent been able to even watch anything because the app wont load!! This needs to be fixed asap!!!

Why is the app not available for my Apple TV? Comcast says you can use your own equipment, but they dont make it easy. It is all about the $$$$, monthly service fees for the set top boxes, and there is even a .50 charge for the remote. I sooooo wish I had a alternative to Comcast where i live.

It allows me to get the most out of my cable service. I am always using it with the children in the car or away from home.

Love this app. However, I REALLLYYYY wish you guys implemented Chromecast support. Thats only way I can watch stuff in my room.

For some odd reason this app only plays HD channels I dont watch anything in HD when I check to see if I accidentally push the HD option it clearly says Im not watching in HD its standard, before the update this app played every channel the same in normal digital content now I cant even watch it because Comcast will charge me for it!
