As usual, Comcast will not allow me to watch the content I pay for in a convenient fashion. No airplay, Chromecast support. Very close to cutting the cable entirely due to the big Cs cynical treatment of monopolized customers. On the plus side, this company is going to collapse on its own greed one day in the not too distant future.

this app was working perfectly for me but since ios 10.3 on my ipad I now seem to have problems downloading recordings, usually the download begins but gets to 50% or less and then resets back to 1% and begins downloading again. this then loops repeatedly, never managing to finish downloading. the percentage it reaches before resetting varies. occasionally it actually completes the download. sometimes it gives an error message and never even starts downloading. This never happened previously, something changed drastically. I dont think the app is necessarily the problem. A recent ios update seems to have triggered it. I dont remember if it was 10.2.x or 10.3.1 or 10.3.2 but one of those I think there was a change to the file system ?? that Apple introduced and I think thats when the problem began for me. I manage to download a show perhaps once every 10 attempts now. I use this app a lot, love the app but watch downloads mostly, please look into this issue. Ive deleted and reinstalled multiple times and am running the lastest app and ios version. I have fast reliable wifi. Otherwise this app is five stars.

Apple Watch Series 2 does not control Xfinity box at all I dont know if there is a setting that needs to be changed or what but it does not work for me only iPhone

I enjoy using this app especially when I am on my treadmill. It helps to pass the time and catchup on my favorite shows.

Use the app when away from home without any problems.

It needs different downloads on xfinjty I can barley download it so please on the next update I would give this app five stars then. Yup I would.

The app has one main Job: stream video to your device. Almost every show buffering fails and I have to reboot my device. Nothing else gets things working. (network is not the problem). Deleting a recording and displaying all recorded shows are really slow. The former is a UX a that wants to block you for doing anything for about 5 seconds every time you delete a show and forces you to see a confirmation dialog and a success dialog. Similarly getting a list of recorded shows can take 2 seconds. These make the app feel sluggish.

The app is a convenient way to watch your favorite shows either live or on demand. It is operational most of the time. However, there are instances when the app does not respond. In those cases, try signing out of the app and then going back in. That usually resolves the issue.

This version has been nothing but garbage. The dvr service is not current and does not allow for seeing most recent recordings.

Picture in picture functionality malfunctions constantly. When you maximize the window the video has to be restarted. This app seizes so much resources/bandwidth that your pad will start lagging. Takes FOREVER to load. Xfinity thinks its great to force you into surveys that FREEZE THE APP. SERIOUS boo. ??????????

Ive been using this app for a few months to watch sporting events outside on the deck. Love it. One small suggestion: I havent found it if its available; but when looking at upcoming episodes on tv shows, it would be nice to set a reminder for episodes I would watch later that night or in a couple of days.

This app stinks, constantly resets, Ofcourse during a scoring drive or great moment in live tv. Plus the movies offered are NOT the same as offered on my xfinity cable for purchase or rent. Just horrible, same as xfinity in general, and I live in a big market city... Imagine that.

I like the app but I have a particular issue. I have two Xfinity accounts (PA & FL) and cant figure how to switch between the different accounts. When I open the account it decides which account to show. Can you provide a solution? Thanks.

**Commercials** Fair warning. If you force commercials and dont allow us to skip the ads millennials and generation x will not only cut the cord, but will encourage others to bail. You will end up like Novell or Blackberry or a million other companies that didnt adapt. Essentially xfinity will be a failed and disrupted company that was destroyed by Netflix and Amazon who dont have commercials. Adapt or fail! **AirPlay** Why cant I use AirPlay to stream to my Apple TV? You must find a way to allow AirPlay or you will fail. Fast forward is better, but could use a bit of polishing. The 15 second skip should not disappear each time you press it.

I love using the app to binge watch my favorite shows before season premiers (for example Shadowhunters before season 2B) but I find it unnecessary to be watching 2 minutes worth of ads that we cannot skip over just to watch our show. I usually watch my shows at night before I sleep and let me just say these abundance of ads would put me to sleep before I can even finish an episode of my show.. I also dislike how these apps are supposed to be used for watching not only at one but also on the go, but most of my favorite shows, for example Shadowhunters, disable me from watching it outside of my home because it is In-Home only.

Let me airplay to my AppleTV instead of charging me monthly for a box that I would have to pay to run lines to...

When Im out of town I can enjoy whatever. I can download an play in the car when traveling. So many options I just enjoy it.
