Can You Try & Get Beauty and the Beast 2017 Movie & The Founder 2016 Movie & La La Land 2016 Movie? It Would Be Nice To Be Able To Find HBOs Elivs Presely & Andre The Giant Documentaries.

Time after time weve been promised that we can watch shows outside of the home and time after time you guys FAIL to deliver. What is the point of even having this app if it cant be used outside of the home? For what youre charging a month for cable its a co plate RIPOFF to create an app that your customers cant use outside of the Home. Its so awful Im seriously considering switching to Fios or even worse , going BACK to Directv. At least with their App I can watch what Im PAYING FOR outside the home.

Movie starts then freezes. Every time. Netflix works. Amazon works. Xfinity does not.

This application is awesome

The app displays currently airing shows; however, it changes to a different show. Why not have the available app actually play? Useless app if you cant watch what they show listed.

App works flawlessly!

This app works ok for what it is. It has the features I expect from an app like this. There is a couple of downfalls in my mind which keep it from being great. 1) the files it downloads or streams are huge. I understand they are HD but no reason for a 4.4gig file for one hour tv show. Netflix has figured out how to make things look great on iPad and even iPad hooked to tv via hdmi in file sizes much smaller! This becomes a large problem when connected to public wifi that is not fast or supper reliable hotel wifi for example. 2) if you loose connection during a download it does not start from where it left off it starts all over again. Why on earth would this be the case. You have downloaded part of something just let it finish. Once again maybe I am spoiled by how well the Netflix app works for downloading things. 3) I have found the last forward to be a little clunky and not work totally as expected. Jumps and or skips areas even when you are playing media that is downloaded. Maybe I am not using the app for the correct use case as I normally try to use it when I am away from home at hotel or etc trying to watch "local" or recorded shows. This seamed like it would work perfect but becomes frustrating very quickly with issue 1&2 above. If issue 2 was resolved one would not be such a problem. But to come back to the hotel after working to see that your download was interrupted of a show and to have to start all over is a pain! Hopefully this will get fixed in time.

Also need faster fast forward option. When I dvr a show I want to be able to fast forward thru commercials but the 10 second button is a awful. Show has to load every time. Fix it and stars will increase

Easy to use all the services offered. Stream live TV on any device. Voice activated, DVR, who wouldve thought all of this from a cable company? Great app!

Better then Time Warner Cable

This app needs some serious work by the developers. The live TV frequently tells you that dont have access to channels which you are paying for, throws you back to the last channel you were watching, and if you try it three times, it will eventually let you watch it. Thats assuming you actually get the TV listing--sometimes all you get is CMT. Comcast, fix this now!!! Update: two months later and its still not fixed!!!

The app interface is very well designed, and when it works its fantastic, the operative word there being "when." The stream constantly hangs and has a difficult time maintaining an ongoing connection to your show. It goes without saying that if youre watching with this app you have Comcast and are more likely than not, as we are, watching on your home wifi through a Comcast router, which makes it somewhat worse that their app doesnt work well within their own ecosystem. Its too bad because the interface is really well thought out, and the ability to watch all of your DVR & cable content on your iPad or iPhone is pretty cool. Hopefully theyll iron out whatever the issue is, but for now the flaws make the app somewhat unpleasant to use.

Cant connect to tv now using phone app and you have to use your location to view some channels.
