Its awful. It never works. It tells me what is on the Xfinity CLoud DVR, but you cannot watch, you cannot download (you try, it ALWAYS errors). I dont understand how this piece of crap ever made it past testing. I called Xfinity, and I got the usual: Are you connected? Yes, to Xfinity wifi in my own home. Did you reboot? Yes. Did you uninstall and reinstall? Yes. Try downloading again. SAME RESULT. Then I got cut off, and went through the same questions with another "technical specialist". Same inane questions. Just test the app, fix it, and then you would not have to have 100s of support people answering calls and hoping that people will get fed up with the delays and give up. I wish I had another choice, Xfinity always produces subpar services and support. ALways, without exception.
