Xfinity Stream App Reviews

I have had this issue for almost a year now and they are still saying well get it fixed. This app has created a parental control that has never been setup before. It used to work before they went to the "stream" application. Xfinity doesnt help you at all. Their satellite offices say that they submit a ticket but they never do. They said they are trying to resolve this issue but we call a week later and they say that noting has been done with one ticket that was finally submitted about a month ago. Do not expect help if you need it!

Latest version of the ipad app is unusably slow. This app used to work. What happened? Comcast wont let you stream to your device if you arent on your home wifi! Stupid policy. Apparently you arent paying for access to the content; youre paying for your house to have access to the content.

Dont like that I cant bookmark favorite shows to go back to quickly. ?

Newest version is complete garbage. Used to be able to stream MLB network, now it says I need a subscription. Dont we pay you enough in our cable bill? Now you are trying to squeeze us for more.

The app does not display choices intuitively or correctly. This is a horrible experience plus you took away the old app that worked just fine.

This app works great on iPhone 6s, but not so well on the older 5. It wont load. On the newer phone it buffers very quickly and I can get my DVR stuff.

Xfinity TV Go was a better app. It had more functions and a better layout. Wish they would bring it back

This app is pretty cool. If you like watching tv from your phone, then get it ?!!

If you like talking to Comcast employees, go ahead. Otherwise save your self the anguish.

When will this app be available for Apple TV? Direct Tv is available , so when will this one be available ?

I cant watch any of the shows that are on this app even though Im subscribed to all the channels that Im trying to watch it says that theres some sort of error. Please fix

Constantly crashes, error messages is a usual occurrence

It seems to hang up loading everything and never seems to get anywhere.

This app is often useful when our free HD antenna channels are not reliable due to weather or whatever. Works great for us!

Crashes at the same spot when playing currently recording programs on home wifi with strong signal. Of course, Airplay is blocked, which I personally resent because I already rent four boxes from Comcast. Does other things well for the most part.
