PLEASE MAKE THIS APP CHROMECAST-ABLE!! Even the nick jr app is for crying out loud...

It was getting stuck in a loop with the previous version, but now the app wont even play back an existing dvrd show using the app. Tried it on multiple devices so it isnt just one device. Can we get an update to this app soon to fix the problem?

We pay big money to Comcast yet they wont allow us to use our mobile devices to stream on demand to a Chromecast, Roku, or built in tv caster. This is terrible and outdated technology. For a large company this is just sad.

The audio delay on recorded programs makes them un-watchable. Crashes when returning to movies list after the guide has moved to the next half hour.

Works great. Love being able to watch what I want when someone else is controlling the clicker in the living room lol.

Please for the love of God fix this app for iOS 10.3.2 on iPad! They finally fixed the fact there was no way to sort my favorites. Now that thats fixed if you accidentally update your iPad to iOS 10.3.2 streaming your recorded shows will break. You will get stuttering stopping and re-buffering its very aggravating They still work fine on my iPhone with iOS 10.2.1 so I think were due for another update to fix the app I am so angry because Apple didnt give a chance to cancel accidental pressing on update from the nag message. Very angry.

It would be very nice for this to be available on Apple TV platform hurry up with it please and thank you

This app is terrible! Half the time it works, the other half the time it says "sorry, were having trouble retrieving your video." As outrageously priced as xfinity is to begin with, youd think they could at least give you an app that is reliable!

Was watching my shows I recorded earlier through this app just perfect now all Im getting are playback errors!!! Please fix!! ???

It worked flawlessly this last weekend. No issues at all. Now it wont even begin playing a video using my home home network or cellular network. Crazy ridiculous. General problems: - Sporadic error with no playback - Videos regularly freeze with audio still playing (They did seem to fix that one for the most part.) - Badly designed gui & cant bookmark shows to watch, and locating anything is a mess - Streaming is supper slow (this seems fixed too) - Really only 3 devices allowed? Step into the 21st century and join the rest of us; most families have more than 3 mobile devices (which makes no sense since its a premium service). For large families I cant imagine how they could use this app. With all the other options out there I still pay a HUGE premium to Comcast for their crappy penny pinching services. I mean, wow I pay over a hundred bucks (nearly two) a month and they cant compete with another company (like Netflix or Amazon)I pay ten or twenty dollars to? Wheres Comcast focus?. I dont know who these folks are that give it 5 stars, but this app is ridiculously bad for a premium service. No way could this app get 5 stars in comparison to other streaming apps.

Update: The does not function properly on devices running iOS 10.3.2. Programs play back for 1-2 seconds, restart at the beginning of the program, and continue this cycle indefinitely. This worked well most of the time, until the last update. Now in-home playback of recorded shows frequently returns an "8001 Error", whatever that is. And refuses to play back any recorded shows on any mobile device. Oddly, playback is possible through the XFinity website through a laptop, but that really defeats the purpose of having an app.

This app is honestly bs for me. First of all there are some shows you can only watch at home which is again BS because my main purpose was to be able to watch shows on my DVR while Im away and I cant even do that. On top of that while I AM connected to my home internet it tells me that I am still away and cant watch the episodes while at home. Its so frustrating and when I call them to ask for help all they say is that its what Im paying for and to get better service I have to upgrade like if they werent the only people that we can get service from in our area I would have given up a long time ago on them. Xfinity is complete BS

Almost every single time I try to watch a show thats been recorded, when watching on my iPhone, theres an error. Lately, its a new error that says its specific to iOS. PLEASE fix this, Im getting so frustrated that I have to keep restarting shows because of this error!

Cant chromecast. Watching sports huddled around the ipad is pretty lame.

If you are watching DVR recordings at home, it might work with occasional jitter. If you are on another network, away from your home dvr, no chance. This app is useless, and now, deleted. However, X1 tv is a great experience and the voice remote rocks.

If I could stream this to my tv using an hdmi cable, this would be given a much better review. It has a bunch of decent shows, but I cant connect it to anything that would allow me to watch it on a larger screen.

I love that I can watch my live TV channels or an onDemand show or movie on my iPad and carry it with me wherever I am around the house depending on what I need to do (which could mean being in a an area with no TV.) I also like that I can download recordings from the DVR for offline viewing away from home so I dont need to use my data. I like how changes made to set, watch, delete, mark as unwatched, etc to DVR options/recordings done through the App automatically update with our X1 system and so all the TVs in the house update with any changes made in the app to DVR options. This is really convenient. The only thing I miss compared to the old Xfinity mobile app was that the old app had shorter onDemand recordings (fewer commercials or much shorter commercials for most shows), but that is not usually the case for onDemand through this app.

I can now take all my favorite TV on my travels

Nice app for shows on phone or iPad but screens are to small, I travel a lot and would like to use Apple TV or use my apple hdmi hook up to watch on hotel tvs or in my vehicle and this doesnt support that. Please update this app for these purposes or Ill be forced to use another provider. If I can only watch shows really at home whats the use ??
