Was watching my shows I recorded earlier through this app just perfect now all Im getting are playback errors!!! Please fix!! ???

Surprisingly (or perhaps not), if you look in the apps setting it says "made in Philippines;" this may explain the joyless functionality of this app. This is THE WORST streaming app ever. This weekend they had a customer feedback thing, and surprisingly the thing played flawlessly all weekend (the skriptkids must have been chaperoned or other adult supervision). Now, the following Monday, I cant even get a show to start. Wow, great app. Way to go comcast. You guys are the most awesome when it comes to continuously making a bad thing worst. Give yourselves a pat on the back for that one, or maybe a big high5 to yourselves at your next scrum (really, you guys are still doing those, well I would not be surprised. Not at all). Looking forward to your next update, hoping it will be just a blank screen, that would at least be a move in the right direction of managing expectations. General problems: - Videos regularly freeze with audio still playing (not so much anymore, because the video doesnt even play ;-) Seriously though. They did seem to fix that one.) - Cant bookmark shows to watch - Locating anything is a mess - Streaming is supper slow - They clearly dont read nor pay attention to their customers reviews. - really only 3 devices allowed? Step into the 21st century and join the rest of us; most families have more than 3 mobile devices (which makes no sense since its a premium service). For large families I cant imagine how they could use this app. What a bunch of Mooks. Netflix & Amazon are very close in delivering a decent customer experience in their streaming services/apps (though recently Netflix has crept down and degraded their apps functions to nearly mimic Xfinity performance. So I guess that makes Amazon the best streaming app (havent tried Hulu in years), and Netflix is just a little better than Xfinity (Didnt xfinity team up with or buy Netflix?) Starting to wonder why with all the other options out there I still pay a HUGE premium to Comcast for their crappy penny pinching services. I mean, wow I pay over a hundred bucks a month and they cant compete with another company I pay ten or twenty dollars to? Wheres Comcast focus, well it sure is not customer support and satisfaction. I dont know who these folks are that give it 5 stars, but they must be newbies who just signed up or they are xfinity employees. This app is ridiculously bad (hence a negative 5 stars). No way could this app get 5 stars in comparison to other streaming apps.

Can you please go back to when the app had the channel number under tv listings. Some people like to to see channels in chronological order. Not the channel names all out of order. I know my channels by number so its very inconvenient for me if its just channel names.

Almost all of your watching has to be from a connection to your home internet connection. I try and use it to watch my iPad from work, on my mobile hotspot. Almost every listing has to be watched from home. Sort of makes the app useless because if Im at home I can watch my tv.

I love being able to watch tv on my iPad. However.... I dont like it when Im away from home and can only access a small percent of my channels because "the network wont allow viewing away from home" Really? So maybe Ill go watch one of your competitors and spend my time and money there? Billing is a whole other problem, but wont get into that here.

Been a satisfied customer for over 50 years

I havent used the app much because I cant get the close captioning to turn off. Can anyone tell me how? I have this app on both my iPhone 7 and iPad.

As I concern this app was not helpful at all I deleted it once I looked at it, the app doesnt work unless you are connected to your house internet.

They finally fixed the fact there was no way to sort my favorites. Now that thats fixed if you accidentally update your iPad to iOS 10.3.2 streaming your recorded shows will break. You will get stuttering stopping and re-buffering its very aggravating They still work fine on my iPhone with iOS 10.2.1 so I think were due for another update to fix the app I am so angry because Apple didnt give a chance to cancel accidental pressing on update from the nag message. Very angry.

I love having the app! We are camping the rest of the summer and its so awesome to be able to stay caught up with my DVR shows. However, there is a major glitch which is very annoying especially being we are on data. A program will freeze, then back track about five minutes or so. Then when it plays to the same frozen spot again it back tracks. Sometimes even if I try forwarding past the trouble spot, it will still back track. I cant just waste data like that. A 1/2 show turns into 45 minutes.

Whats the point of being able to stream if some of my shows come on on regular tv and cant watch them unless Im at home. I have a tv at home so I dont need to stream if Im home. I would like to be able to watch them while Im away from home. Other than that app works great!

Why do they call it stream if you cant stream it to your tv?? Who wants to watch stuff on their phone? Lame!!!!!!!!!

I pay $300 per month to watch tv. Whenever I try to watch the DVr shows on the app. It buffers every 5 minutes!!!!!!!! Wth is going on!!!!

Love this app!! It is so convenient to use when Im away from my home.

Great for when youre not at home

Ive benn using this app for like 2 weeks and I only have 1 Main issue with it. Everytime I watch TV or Recordings the video always buffers every 45 seconds and is really annoying and ruins the experience.

Comcast wont let me AirPlay from my iPhone or iPad to a TV in my home--very anti-consumer and probably why theyre losing customers. Playing back shows usually jumps around. When played back through the cable box its perfect, go figure.
