This app is ridiculous. It doesnt work 75% of the time. Watching television programs "out of home" NONE work. Id have better tv with rabbit ears, even with and iPad Air 2 and the latest updates for this app it doesnt work. And you guys want to get into mobile phones... are you joking you cant make your current service work!!! Signed, Wish I had gotten dish/ anything other than xfinity.

Great app for streaming your favorite shows, or news outlets, few crashes, will recommend to Xfinity customers.

Hmm this app is the best but for some reason its not updated or something like nothing new is on the app its all very old shows and movies I cant access anything anymore.....

I have been very satisfied with this app for some time now. It does everything I want it to do. But about a week ago, the key pad to select station numbers directly went gray and stopped working. I hope this function can be restored.

I dont understand. My actual DVR is only 62% full with movies and hundreds of episodes of shows. But the app says its 90% full with no movies and about 100 episodes shows. Why is it so different? Why cant I access everything from my DVR on my devices? Help??!!

Now every channel I regularly watch says I dont have a subscription. Please fix asap

App suddenly stopped showing live feed and stated that I didnt have a subscription, which is false.

This app really needs a list feature to be able to add the shows you want to keep up with watching.

Picture in picture feature doesnt work properly in the 2/13/17 update. When invoked, the PIP screen goes black; you can still hear the audio. Exiting PIP does not restore video - the app must be exited and restarted to resume normal operation. Update: the PIP function has been fixed.

Im using my grandmothers account to watch cable since I cant afford it and all of a sudden I can no longer watch live channels anymore! All of them say IN HOME only and that shes not subscribed to the channels which she is since shes paying for them!

We have had online access thru our Xfinity account for years. Suddenly, today, we cannot access a single channel. We receive a notice on a black screen that says "Subscription required::3329". We have the subscription and have logged on with the proper ID and password. We are able to see all the listings but are unable to access any! Please help!

I am highly disappointed with my xfinity app. I am unable to watch the shows live from the app. I was told many different stories. One man said I can only use the app if I am using xfinity wifi, which is asinine. If I am paying for cable I should be able to get cable without being forced into buying another product. Not only that their was no notification about a change to a service I was able to access just yesterday. Another representative said that they would not be able to resolve the problem for 3 days which is absolutely unacceptable. If I am paying for a service. I should be able to use that service at all times and issues like this should be resolved in a timely manner. Calling and speaking to customer service was a waist of time. I highly doubt the people that I was communicating with knew what they were doing. DO NOT GET THE APP OR BUY THE CABLE SERVICE BECAUSE THE COMPANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE OR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Frustrating...constant playback errors. IOS issues need to get fixed.

Awesome just to many commercials but you have to do what you have to do.

Ive been streaming both live and recorded shows from my iPad... multiple lan connections. Cant say Ive had any issues. I highly recommend.

This app was working fine until 3 days ago. I have been unable to view any of my recorded shows for the last 3 days. I work for the fire department and I like to catch up on shows during my downtime. I am traveling in a few days and hope that I can download some movies or shows by then. FIX IT

Freezes, stays loading, fast forwards shows all the time you have to pause and play for it to play normal again it can get pretty annoying, hope you guys fix these bugs, when you Do I will give it more stars
