If they cant create working apps, they shouldnt offer apps at all.

One of the reasons I am ok with paying the ridiculous prices you have is because Im supposed to be able to watch tv anywhere! WRONG! The app doesnt work half the time and when you call customer support you get no where! Tell me why I continue to pay the prices I do for things that dont work the way they are designed!? I understand that electronics dont work sometimes but Ive been having issues with this app since they redid it!

Great app, works awesome. I just wish that I could save he shows I watch to a queue instead of having to search for them every time I binge watch or want to catch up on a season.

I have x1 mostly for TV on the go. Does not work correctly. My showers recorded on the x1 box but do not show up on my iPad. If they do its only like 7-10 minutes especially TWD. This is unacceptable and needs fixed. The whole point of tv to go is to be able to watch your shows.

Ever since the last update I got about 2 weeks ago the app isnt working I deleted it tried again, again and even restarted my phone and it updated today to do something is wrong with the app

I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that doesnt want to spend money monthly but still wants to watch shows on their personal device.

Well, what was a good app for watching live TV is now garbage. After upgrading to Stream, I can no longer watch any of the channels I previously watched. How a publicly traded company with millions of subscribers can release something like this is beyond me. Dont, I repeat, Dont update your app to this piece of garbage.

Most of the time when using this app, I receive a "playback error". There are no fixes for the problem. Update: this app NEVER fails to skip a part of my recording. A 2 hour show will only play an hour and a half. A 60 minute show will only play 20 minutes. I cannot believe that I pay for this service. The app needs a way to refresh the recordings.

Could be a great app but it is incredibly buggy. Ive been on the phone with Comcast on multiple occasions trying to fix issues and yet they persist.

On a regular basis all video in the app goes to perpetual buffering hell. I try signing out and signing in nada. Sometimes rebooting the iPad fixes the problem. Get it together, Comcast.

On the one hand Im glad that I can finally use this app to watch recent CBS episodes that I missed without having to buy into the CBS app. On the other, cant mirror this to Apple TV, which I find truly annoying. Also, the so-called Watchathon has been greatly pared down from what Comcast used to offer during their free-viewing promotions. Not much worth watching besides several episodes of this seasons Suits and The Americans. Movies are uninteresting. Anything else seems to just offer what I can already get on Amazon Prime. Maybe if theyd offered current season episodes of all the favorites it would have been interesting. But they didnt. So this wont entice me to reconnect to extended basic service. Ill stick with Internet and my antenna!

Loses the stream constantly. Often have to watch recorded shows on the associated app (Fox, A&E, HBO, etc). The layout is good and easy to navigate, but it needs to be more stable.

I have X1. One of the main reasons I pay a ridiculous monthly fee for a stupid program is to watch TV on the go. Oh, whats that I cant do that for some channels. Oh whats that those channels that I cant watch are all the ones that I want to watch. I currently am at work and cannot watch the Opening Day Red Sox game because I have to be in my own home to watch it. But here is the thing. If I am in my own home, I will watch it on my TV. One of the dumbest concepts ever. Whoever designed this app must have mush for a brain and his/her mother must have gotten really wasted while she was pregnant with his/her because this app design could literally be made by four homeless guys after you shot them all in the head and dipped them in acid. I hope the app sees this so one day that can fire whoever created this app and improve it. I really hope they change what they are doing and get some help, I really do.

I try to watch something and the message says It is for home use only. I am at home on my own wifi.

I have a long commute to work via the train each day so watching my recordings on the go seemed like a great idea! Unfortunately, every single time I use this app, its broken. It will always stop while Im watching my show and go back to the beginning or give me an error code. Otherwise itll skip a minute or two randomly during my show. Very frustrating!
