When I open the app I can go to recordings or live tv, it freeze. Why?how can I fix it!?? FIX IT PLZ!!!

Its been a week - app just stopped working and tried reinstalling it several times.

Seriously.

Constantly crashes! You become so frustrated you just give up trying to watch anything.

Not sure what the point of a streaming service is if nearly everything you try to watch either errors-out or just plain doesnt open.

No problems so far. I think "For You" should be "Your Favorites." That would be the list that was Watchlist/Favorites from the old Xfinity Go app. The shows (watchlist) that you watch regularly On Demand/next day etc. That way you dont have to search for the same shows every week. That was a great feature in the Xfinity Go app. Otherwise this app does the job for me. Downloading is so much more convenient than streaming ... smooth playback. But I havent had a problem with playback in streaming either. I also use DIRECTV Now, so Im on the fence and wasting money paying for both. DIRECTV Now has gotten a lot better. Decision time is coming.

Why is casting not supported? Who wants to watch tv from a phone?

Ok this app was more stable before this update. The last app was bad but this update made the app worthless it takes me about 6 trys to get the app to work because it crashes or freezes up. Think Im just giving up on this app until I see a new update.

I really like being able to download my recorded videos to take on airplanes. Unfortunately, the rarely play back without stuttering, freezing, jumping to the end, etc. this would be an innovate 5-star app if it worked.

Cannot cast to devices such as Chromecast, firestick, Roku, etc. Makes watching remotely on the road useless unless you want to squint using a small screen on a phone or tablet.

I only downloaded this terrible app because I wanted to browse on-demand videos but suckfinity forces you to download this to do so. I wish I could rate this 0 stars because it wont even let me get past the welcome screen because the "get started" button is disabled.

Comcast app has more bugs than any other streaming app I use. Shows wont download Just gets to about 80% then starts over and says download interrupted. Called tech support they cant figure it out either. Seriously why can Netflix and amazon work just fine?

Love this app when Im away from the tv. It is very convenient and easy to use. It even allows you to watch something you have previously recorded or watch on demand. I recommend this app...

Cant watch any recordings or any on demand shows.

The vast majority of things cant be watched, there is no Watch button. Why? Best guess is they arent available on the stream service. So why list them? To annoy the customer and make the app so frustrating you delete it apparently. Its not that its listing everything available for purchase either, its more limited than that. Even if it was partial, if you cant buy them in the app for viewing, and arent saying "only available on Demand on your TV", dont list them. There are so many useless listings its nearly impossible to find something you CAN watch. There is no button for "only show me things that are actually available as would make sense to start with". You give up looking and go read a book instead. Garbage.

This app needs some serious work by the developers. The live TV frequently tells you that dont have access to channels which you are paying for, throws you back to the last channel you were watching, and if you try it three times, it will eventually let you watch it. Thats assuming you actually get the TV listing--sometimes all you get is CMT. Comcast, fix this now!!!

For what I pay to Comcast for cable, this app should be rock solid. Instead, its a pile of unstable garbage. Less than half the time, the "video stream is unavailable". Unacceptable for an $80b company. Hire some developers!
