App is terrible. Between the constant freezing, skipping, and resetting its one of the worst apps I have ever used. Refuse to play certain recorded content even when I am on my home network. I just dont get why Comcast cant develop a stable app. I mean for as much as my bill is every month- that should be enough to pay a developer alone! Getting real sick of this crappy company. Dont waste your time downloading this steaming pile...

I didnt have commercials before the "upgrade" but now I do. That makes me sad. Good thing Hulu can replace you.

Xfinity TV is now XfinityStream, new face, same problems. I have had cloud playback errors since Oct 14 2016. Today March 3 2017, still getting errors: 10100, 8001, 5001, 3350 start/stop problems still there. Its all smoke and mirrors with Comcast. A lot of hype for a product that does not work properly. IF you dont have months of time to deal with tech support, DO NOT USE THIS APP. UPDATE: now having playback length issues. One hour shows tONLY recorded for 40 minutes. IF ANY ONE WOULD LIKE TO START A CLASS ACTION AGAINST COMCAST, COUNT ME IN....

The commercial timing is way off. And the amount of commercials they have this dumb app is unbelievable

I wish I could do zero stars! If you read these reviews- take them seriously! This is not a tech support issue but a horribly working app. I have 4 devices in my house and all are buggy. Example- playback of videos recorded jump ahead for no reason (second time reporting this!!) Downloading content to your phone is interrupted non-stop causing it not to download. Sometimes- for example I have a whole season of The Flash on CW- none of the episodes from this year (2016-17) will download to my device. However, other shows will then jump around during playback- tested on two devices. Things dont show up to play or do play even when on my home wifi with multiple reboots of the router, cable box, phone and any other BS the tech support offers. Your change to "STREAM" did nothing but put lipstick on a pig as this new version does not work. Garbage app and very disappointing but Amazon, CNBC and Netflix work fine on my network and remote and this is just plain bad.

Whats the point of having a download feature if I cant actually download anything to me device. It always fails no matter how many times I try. Fix this!

Please add chromecast and it will satisfy me.

Continuous streaming error 101000, useless app.

Constantly receiving error 8001 and shows not appearing in full length on app. No answers from Comcast after a month, yet I hear an advertisement everyday for this app. Seems like illegal advertising.

All recently recorded shows no longer show in the app. Scheduled recording no longer show if they are within 48 hours of recording. Needs to fixed and updated

Its a great apps for me when Im visiting my grandkids and cant keep up with the ones I record.

This is a great app for watching shows. I work out of my garage and I stream live TV all day. Today however while watching it starts to stop, then refresh, then stop, then refresh, then stop, think, think, error 101000.

The TV Go feature is terrible. The playback freezes or loses audio multiple times - like 5-9 times- during playback of one show. Makes it nearly impossible to use reliably. Restarting repeatedly while trying to watch a show during a workout at the gym is unacceptable. Has to be fixed before this app is decent replacement for Xfinity Go.

Ive updated the app and yet my shows still wont play. Ill go to start them and it just shows loading and then eventually says it cant load. But I have signal to do anything else and watch other tv channels apps.

This new xfinity stream app never ever loads. I havent been able to watch any shows on this app since its been upgraded. Bring back the old xfinity tv go. This new app is a joke! Get rid of it or fix the loading issue. Its connected to a xfinity wifi. The old one worked like a charm. I loathe to give it a one star because it doesnt deserve any stars. Its terrible!!

This app used to work. Now, when I try to steam a channel live, only CMT channel appears in the channel lineup. Sometimes this resolves itself in a couple of hours. As of today its been two days since I have been unable to use the app. The channel guide only list CMT and when I tried to watch that channel it says that I dont have a subscription. Xfinity Customer service is not very helpful. All they did was confirm my channel package.

Im happy with the app but when I want to watch my purchases I cant it says I dont have any also when I put the kids tv channels selection it says there are none on this time please fix this it works on my other devices but this one please fix.

Comcast app has more bugs than any other streaming app I use. Shows wont download Just says download interrupted, one of many other error messages.

Every time you upgrade this app it seems to have new problems. Ever since it became "Stream" it randomly quits: I am watching at home, on my home wifi and for no reason it just stops and then closes. To me, that is not an upgrade! Also, for out-of-home use, the old TO GO version was better than the way it is all combined now: much easier to find things and to use.

When were not home, nothing much this app can do. CSN and many more greedy channels are not available when on the go????? They works on the app only when were home. What the point of watching these channels on the phone app when were home in front of tv? We want it on the phone because were not home, and you make them unavailable. Why? Cheaty and greedy.
