The app will not allow you to fast forward through a tv show, you are required to watch everything including the commercials

Please,please fix...the new update totally ruined this app for me...I truly enjoyed using but now it wont open at all...pleaseee fix it.. Still not working...why ?????

Watched a few shows, which is supposed to be 60 mins, but when you watch, you only get half of it and parts are cut off! What the heck?

This app does not allow you to watch sports when traveling out of town. Terrible.

This app is so horrible. I can never watch a fully recorded program. It always says that only 17 minutes or 3 minutes are recorded. Then there is always a playback issue. This has been going on for too long. Fix it or hire new techs.

Its really good Im just a bit confused how exactly does the timing of shows work because one show will be on there The day after it airs on TV and other shows what is still arent on there after they aired a week before if someone could get back to me and explain this to me I dont want to have to call customer service and talk to a bunch of operating machines

Just tried using the app for the first time. Keeps freezing up. I deleted it and downloaded the newest version. No better. Hey, XFinity, make sure something works before you put it out there.

Only Comcast would write extra code to block mirroring and not offer an Apple TV app.

Ive had bad luck using this app. It doesnt stream well for me most of the time and we have a 150mbps internet connection. I also wish it worked with Apple TV, but it doesnt with an iPhone. I needed up deleting this app until these issues get fixed.

I loved the app and it was working well. Once I updated to the newer format, it wouldnt show me half of our recordings on my phone at all. Im usually taking things to watch on my bus ride to work and I cant anymore. Other than that it works well.

This app could be great, but as it is today there are too many issues to recommend. I receive error messages when trying to watch recorded and on demand shows. This is using various connection types on multiple devices. So this is an issue on Xfinity/Comcasts side. When recorded shows actually play, there are time jumps in the recordings. You watch 40 seconds then it skips 10 seconds. The on demand function doesnt have this issue but still. I cant recommend. Comcast please fix your broken app.

Youd think that with millions of homes paying thousands of dollars yearly, that Comcast could create an app that would function properly. Too many flaws to mention, it seems that almost every time I try to do anything, there is something not being found or performed.
